I liked this film the least of anything that Polley has done. I didn't understand the ending but maybe I am too old for these modern pictures. I managed to watch it to the end but my husband gave up after 10 or 15 minutes...So did she stay…

I really liked it. A movie about real people, great cast, great writing. Thought provoking. It's been at least 3 years since I saw this movie but the message is still clear and the quality of the production hasn't faded with time.

I thought with Sarah Silverman in it the movie would have some good funny parts. Instead it was incredibly sad and depressing.

I didn't finish it, thought I would like it because I've liked other things by Sarah Polley, but this was mind numbingly dull, couldn't care about any of the characters, baffled that so many people thought it was great.

Beautifully filmed. Margot seemed immaturely married. She seeks outside herself for answers, greater love than the love she already has. In the end, she seems to live and moves full-circle from A to Z, and in the ends the same lost look…

It's Toronto. It's Leonard Cohen. I'm ready to suspend what I have lived & learned in my most recent 25 years to be able to enjoy with fresh eyes a love story written by a woman for an audience of 25 year olds, so very similar to us at…

It had an all star cast. I am so glad this movie took place in Toronto. It was pretty good though I watched this movie three times on the APTN network and I had to say they had to do a lot of work trying to pull all the stops to make their…

Beautifully filmed and played, this is real-life scenario that this days happen with so many couples. I like how it's ended, even though it is definitely not a happy ending, but to those who think that every marriage has no gaps and bumps,…

Not worth watching. Drawn out and boring!!! I watched perhaps 10 minutes, total waste of time.

Like being a fly on the wall, this is real stuff - real people with all their foibles in real situations (and for we locally a set in recognizable Toronto locations) reacting realistically. It's slow but then most of our lives are "slow"…

Slow, beautifully filmed, realistic glimpse into the human psyche. A "coming of age" film for 25-35 year olds. I liked it.

Holy Sugar Jets that was the longest 20 minutes I spent trying to be patient before quitting this film. Did not work for me at all.

The point I walked away with was; Happiness/joy/fulfillment these are fleeting emotions, they come and go as quickly as an orgasm or the peek of a fun carnival ride. When it's over you have to keep going and try to find fulfillment in the…

I especially like how Polley chose to end the movie.

The "feel-bad movie of the year", for sure. Possibly one of the most pointless time-wasters ever set to film: a grueling, plodding, hopeless story with a collection of uninteresting characters leading uninteresting lives, doing…

Bored house wife supposedly a writer does nothing in the house except seeks attention from this enthusiastic cook book writer husband. Wife's constant craving for attention hints the audience that she is thinking someone else. Her mind…

Seems like people are split on this movie. I enjoyed it. I wasn't sure the shower scenes of the characters after the swim were necessary, or that some of the sex scenes contributed to the vibe of the movie, but there were some really…

I watched this because Sarah Silverman is in it. Disappointing work from Sarah Polley. Margo's character would maybe be cute if she actually wasn't completely immature and it was just a fun loving aspect. Waste of time.

Not bad but could have been much better if the part of Daniel was cast with a more believable actor. Luke Kirby just didn't seem to be that appealing and it made the story hard to believe.

Super pointless movie!!!!! My friend and I had no clue why we watched it or what we were supposed to get out of it.

I liked this movie so much that I bought myself a copy. It shows how you can think you are happy but missing something. It has a totally erotic scene and very good photography. The acting was good, too. You have to look into it deeply to…
