My daughter is fasinated with everything Egyptian right now, and this was definatly a new favorite. She was sad we had to bring it back for another patron.

This book explores the bond of friendship and love between pet and owner, set against the backdrop of Ancient Egypt. The details in the brightly painted wall murals explain the story-within-the-story of how the cat and his owner came to rest in the tomb, and they portray details of life in this fascinating time.
