Visions is Grimes’ 3rd studio album in which Grimes proves that she is able to mix her ambience driven sound with poppy elements. Visions is fascinating to listen to, as the dark synths blend so perfectly with Grimes’ soft and high-pitched vocals. These two factors together create a creepy atmosphere that is carried on throughout the entire album. The only negative Visions has is that some tracks sound a bit too similar because it appears that Grimes uses the same synth instrument for several tracks. Nearly every song has a catchy synth beat that repeats throughout the entire song, making them very boppy. My favourite tracks from Visions are tracks 3, 6 and 13. I rate Visions 4/5 stars.

A richer, better produced, and altogether more solid album. I most liked tracks 2, 3, and 7; tracks 11 and 12 have their moments of ethereal rhapsody.
that's because Grimes has a song called 'Genesis'
I searched 'Genesis/music cd' and I got this. Baffling.
One of my favorite Canadian artists, she is so unique and her music is definitely different from the usual pop!
