Loved this. Classic murder mystery meets oppressive Saudi society. Fascinating cultural landscape is revealed as the story winds through it. I was hooked in the first few minutes and was guessing to the end. Completely new setting for me and I loved the virtual travel experience I got.

Fascinating, and I’m not just talking about the plot. Ferraris offers us a wonderful glimpse inside a very different culture. Listening to the book was an excellent choice--hearing the correct pronunciations of names and native phrases added a whole other level. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a different flavor to their mysteries.
