Agree with above comment. I have practiced zen meditation and this is a very good intro and practice audio. I like guided meditation more, with this there are blank spaces which I find kind of odd in an audio tape but you are supposed to be meditating. I find myself wondering if the cd is stuck, when will it start again, etc. Guess I need to start over.

This is a great stepwise course for those new to meditation and those trying to develop their practice. Pema Chödrön helps listeners develop a way to meditate that is possible in everyday life. Her practical, and sometimes humorous, comments show listeners that she understand the challenges that face practitioners. The last CD offers several guided meditations that can be used for sitting or walking meditation practices. Highly recommended.
