While I have been a HUGE Blackadder fan for almost fifteen years, I had never seen Rowan perform stand-up before so I was looking forward to finally getting around to seeing this.

As is the case with some of the previous reviews, the show was not "wall-to-wall" laughs by any means but there were a handful of skits I found quite funny (as this was filmed around the same time that Blackadder was still going, I actually laughed out loud a few times when I recognized some of the same humour). The previous comment about the humour being very "British" (dry, subtle, ironic, etc) is bang on which is probably why those who don't appreciate this kind of comedy probably wouldn't like it.

I didn't find most of the skits funny. There were a few that worked, but like the previous reviewer mentioned, a lot of it feels forced.

Found this a bit hit-and-miss. Some sketches were rather fun - especially the one about the ruined wedding - but some were just rather laboured, tried too hard, and didn't succeed.

This was one of the funniest bits of sketch comedy/stand up I've seen in a while! The humour is very British, so if you don't like dry humour, it wouldn't be your cup of tea. The satire (especially the one regarding the headmaster and parent) was also very British-specific. If you enjoy this type of humour, and like to see comedy that is not afraid of approaching sensitive subjects, then you would enjoy it. There were some stand-out sketches. The meeting between the school headmaster and the parent was very funny, and I liked the bit with the wedding gone wrong. It was very enjoyable.

Sorry, but I was quite disappointed in this. What is funny about a teacher beating a student to death? And the obscenities...why is this "not rated"? Kids who enjoy Mr. Bean will want to watch this, but the parents should be advised about the profane and obscene languange in it. I didn't want my kids to watch it until I had a chance to preview it, and I am glad I did. There is NO WAY they will get to watch this!

Brilliantly funny material from Atkinson; my particular favourite is Rowan playing the Devil.

Hilarious, shows Rowan Atkinson's acting skills doing something other than Mr.Bean.
Best skits: Satan's welcome-speech, father called to principal's office, teacher taking attendance, and the disapproving father-of-the-bride's wedding speech.
