idk y but i love this new version of red riding hood just cuz she isnt exactly little and with the movie its a darker and deeper. the love triangle aspect kinda annoys me but the book is actually pretty good. the book keeps u guessing at who the wolf is.. no spoilers! but i just have to say i love max irons as henry<3 cant wait to see him in the host

i really couldnt tell who was the wolf at first and i had really thought that it was peter or someone but when i read the bonus chapter on the website, i was really surprised to find out that it was actually... nevermind. anyways so yea it was surprising. overall it was a pretty good book.

This book was so catchy, I loved the twist that they put on the classic Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale. I saw the movie and read this book in one day, but it was definitely a page turner - couldn't put it down! It was full of suspense and kept me guessing the potential wolf suspect.

I'm such a sucker for retold fairy tales, and this is definitely the most creative retelling of Little Red Riding Hood I've ever read. I read the whole thing in one go. Granted, I was in a car for seven hours straight but you get my point. I was absorbed and it was fantastic!

Short and enjoyable read. Couldn't figure out who the wolf was either, but still worth it!

I enjoyed it. But I couldn't figure who the wolf was for some reason.

It's a fun, quick, read. The writing is enjoyable and doesn't get bogged down in trying to take itself too seriously. I enjoyed getting getting into greater detail about Valerie. She was my favorite character from the movie.

I watched the movie before I read this book. And I would prefer the movie over the book because the book was kind of boring and slow. but that movie was AWESOME!

I wasn't all that impressed. Easy read, very predictable. A big issue for me at the start was I had to actually read the introduction to understand the housing situation. Either I missed a sentence or the author just skipped mentioning the houses were on stilts. Made things very confusing for awhile there (and then I caved and read the introduction which really shouldn't have any impact on the story).

At the end of the day, I'm glad I didn't buy it. Maybe the movie is better?
