This was a very interesting book and has already helped me change my life around - in just the four days I've been reading it. Miranda explains her exercising philosophy in simple language which makes a lot of sense. It gives aging people (and Youngsters) a good idea of what they need to do to stay fit. The fact that one does not need to suffer pain to gain is a great motivator. I hope to exercise regularly and stay fit and energetic - if it stems the aging process it'll be an added bonus.
