Intriguing chronicle of Paul Watson, former head of Greenpeace, and his personal crusade to save the whales. His sometimes radical methods have both been both criticized and lauded, but what comes through is his genuine love of these magnificent creatures and his never say die attitude. Controversial, to say the least is whether he cares as much about the crew members, the Sea Shepherds" who "do the dirty work" of interceding and putting their lives on the line against the Japanese whaling fleet,. These antagonists who, by recently-passed laws, are allowed to continue whaling in the name of biological research, are certainly made out to be the bad guys. People say, there's nothing as exciting as real life, and this series sure makes you believe it! Highly recommended if you can stomach the fact that the Sea Shepherds aren't always successful
